Free Women’s Self-Defense Class Saturday, May 18 at 10:30 a.m. in the kid’s space downstairs. Learn simple self-defense moves that can save your life. Don’t become another statistic; be more aware of your surroundings and learn self-defense maneuvers to protect yourself in the event of an attack. Women only, high school age and up. Dress: workout clothes or everyday clothes.
