Missions News for AUGUST

For the month of August, The Share & Care Mission has asked that we bring rice & pasta.

Although, they can use any and all items. Also, for the month of August, we will be remembering our troops with cards of support and encouragement. You can make a card, buy a card, or use a blank card to write a note. The blank cards are available on the table in the narthex or on the table in the back hallway.

Several individuals from BUMC have volunteered their time and talents at

Christ’s Chapel Share & Care Mission by helping to:

Unload the pickup truck full of food purchased from the food bank on the 4^th

Thursdays of each month at 1:00

Stock and straighten clothes and food shelves on the 4^th Saturday of each month  

Also, a box is available in the hallway behind the sanctuary for school supplies for needly childrenin our or other communties. Please-- as you are shopping-- buy some school supplies to help other children.
